1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENSING (Keys VSTi)
All VSTi plugins, expansion packs, and digital downloads purchased from this website are licensed, not sold, to you for personal or commercial music production. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or resale of these files is strictly prohibited.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING (Socimon)
By signing up for a Socimon SaaS subscription, you agree to recurring monthly billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
3. REFUND POLICY
• For Keys VSTi: Due to the digital nature of downloadable software, all sales of VSTi plugins and expansion packs are final. No refunds will be issued once a download link has been generated or accessed.
• For Socimon: Subscription cancellations prevent future billing, but past subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WaveRight Information Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our software or services.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the home state of WaveRight Information Technology, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
